This study comprises 3 parts:

1. Deepening Understanding into the socio-economic impacts of the transition to climate-neutral economies.
2. Quantifying the investment needs for adaptation across all EU Member States.
3. Assessing Macroeconomic Impacts from combined investment needs on mitigation and adaptation by 2050.
